- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

- If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

- Certain items such as custom-made, personalized, or clearance products cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
