We take great care in hand-picking and shipping your orders. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Return
- Refunds or replacements are only accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
- Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
2. Jewellery Products
- No refund or return is offered for change of mind or personal preference.
- Refunds are applicable only if:
- The item was damaged during transit, or
- A wrong product was delivered.
- Customers must provide unboxing photos or videos clearly showing the issue within 3 days of delivery.
3. Spices & Consumable Items
- Due to the perishable nature of these products, refunds are offered only if:
- The product is expired, damaged, or tampered with on arrival, or
- A wrong product was delivered.
- No returns are accepted once the seal is broken.
4. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Alternatively, customers may choose store credit or a replacement.

- Include:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Our team will verify and respond within 2 business days.
6. Shipping & Return Costs
- For wrong or damaged items, return shipping is covered by us.
- In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Exceptions
- No refunds for discounted or clearance products.
- No refunds for courier or delivery delays outside our control.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is used or returned without original packaging.
