We take great care in hand-picking and shipping your orders. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund policy below.
- Eligibility for Refund or Return
Refunds or replacements are only accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. - Jewellery Products
No refund or return is offered for change of mind or personal preference.
Refunds are applicable only if:
The item was damaged during transit, or
A wrong product was delivered.
Customers must provide unboxing photos or videos clearly showing the issue within 3 days of delivery. - Spices & Consumable Items
Due to the perishable nature of these products, refunds are offered only if:
The product is expired, damaged, or tampered with on arrival, or
A wrong product was delivered.
No returns are accepted once the seal is broken. - Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5β7 business days to the original payment method.

Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Our team will verify and respond within 2 business days. - Shipping & Return Costs
For wrong or damaged items, return shipping is covered by us.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. - Exceptions
No refunds for discounted or clearance products.
No refunds for courier or delivery delays outside our control.
